Our zoo extends beyond Smithfield, IL as we are very active participants in the community.  We strive to bring the educational and therapeutic experience to those who are not always able to come and see us.  Our animals have visited nursing homes, Head Start, handicapped facilities, as well as schools and summer recreation programs. 

The zoo is also a great place for field trips!  Let your students experience wildlife, not just learn about it!
